We take the items named in the accepted order. Breakable pieces are wrapped. The box is taped shut. We do not add extras that were not in the email.
Your name, the delivery address, and our return address. The email that goes with it lists the contents, so you can check the box when it arrives.
Write the same day. Say what arrived and what you expected. We will say whether we send a replacement or ask you to post the piece back.
